Lani Garden means "the best place" as beautiful as heaven.

It is a superb space where you can spend time facing yourself, healing your busy and tired mind and body, and preparing your body to be lively and healthy so that it shines with a gentle and calm mind.

Lani Garden offers a variety of programs to help more people.

Yoga that relieves physical fatigue by exercising, adjusts breathing and relieves mental and physical tension and stress by meditation. Pilates that trains the core and inner muscles to create a well-balanced body. Aerobic exercise and muscle training that use the muscles of the whole body firmly, improve muscle strength and physical strength, burn sugar and fat in a well-balanced manner and tighten the body line.

For those who are worried about physical flexibility or who are not confident in their physical strength, a class of adjustment and stretching that uses tools such as balls and stretch poles to firmly relieve stiffness and fatigue of the whole body with a small amount of movement.

Prenatal and postnatal physical care, lessons with children.

A small class of 65 years old and over that even elderly people can participate in with peace of mind ... Experienced and friendly instructors will guide from beginners to veterans in an easy-to-understand manner.
